About Us

Champs Smokin BBQ is owned and operated by Chris & Brooke Millbrook both Veterans of the US Army. Brooke is a retired professional Boxer and was the WBC Lightweight Champion & IWBHOF (International Woman's Boxing Hall of Fame) Inductee 2022, Chris was her trainer! Champs Smokin BBQ is the best BBQ in the area! Knock Out Flavor! Offering Catering, Events & Pop-Up Food Stand/Truck! (You Don’t Want No Smoke!!) We wanted to find another way to give back to the people and the community as we always have in the past with serving our country in the Army and then providing great boxing entertainment to everyone! This time around we want to share some amazing BBQ and more! Consistency is key and we strive for the same great taste every time out!
